C13 – Critical Conversations (part 1)

On all metrics it is clear that engaged team members perform better and produce better results. Better sales, better service, better profitability, better accuracy etc.  In this session we will look at the enemies of engagement and the eight conversations that leaders and managers need to have to improve engagement

In this session, leaders and managers will:

    1. Learn to identify the enemies of engagement in and amongst their team members
    2. Learn about the conversations that will address the enemies of engagement
    3. Cover off some key tips, tools and techniques that will increase the likelihood of a positive outcome to the conversations

Please note that attendance at this session (Part 1) is a prerequisite for participation in Part 2 (session C20)
