Improving performance is one of the biggest challenges we face in the workforce today. We are constantly inundated with messages like “achieve more with less”, “set stretch goals”, “increase our targets”, “increase productivity”… In a world where communication and inter-dependency has become critical to success being able to have insightful conversations gives us an edge. This session is targeted to leaders or managers interested in refining their coaching skills or those who find themselves with opportunities to coach others in the workplace.
The objectives of this session are to (1) Define coaching (2) Explain some of the neuroscience behind coaching and how it impacts on a coaching session (3) Outline the coaching process and (4) Have participants practice coaching techniques
This will be a highly interactive session in which learning and some fun is guaranteed. The facilitator of this workshop is a certified trainer and coach.
