Issuing a media release to cover product recalls or negative clinical data is only a small part of what needs to be considered in a modern media environment heavily influenced by online platforms including social media. Is there a more holistic approach needed when dealing with unfavourable information? The purpose of this session is to share learnings from both a company and media perspective on how to approach both negative and positive conversations taking place in traditional and social media about our products and services.
