HOW TO REGISTER 

ARCS Members

  • Visit www.arcs.com.au
  • Click “Member Login” at the top of the screen
  • Enter your username and password and click “Submit”
  • Click “Training” and “Register”
  • Select “Health Economics” under criteria
  • On the results page you can select by placing a tick in the box next to one of the following  and click “Add to My Choices” then “Register Now
    • Day 1 only – ARCS Reimbursement & Access Conference
    • Day 2 only – ARCS Reimbursement & Access Conference
    • Both days – ARCS Reimbursement & Access Conference
  • Enter your payment details and click “Submit” (Payment must be made by credit card unless you have a prior arrangement with ARCS)
  • Once you have completed Step 6 you will be emailed a confirmation and tax invoice. A final confirmation will be sent once the course is confirmed.  

Non-Members

  • Visit www.arcs.com.au
  • Click “Training” and “Register”
  • Select “Health Economics” under criteria
  • On the results page you can select by placing a tick in the box next to one of the following  and click “Add to My Choices” then “Register Now
    • Day 1 only – ARCS Reimbursement & Access Conference
    • Day 2 only – ARCS Reimbursement & Access Conference

  • The non member rate will automatically be applied as you have not logged in as a member
  • Enter your contact details and click “Submit”
  • Enter your payment details and click “Submit” (Payment must be made by credit card unless you have a prior arrangement with ARCS)
  • Once you have completed Step 6 you will be emailed a confirmation and tax invoice. A final confirmation will be sent once the course is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the ARCS Business Office on or before the 13th July to obtain a full refund, minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after COB 13th July. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

EVENT REPORTING
By registering for this conference, you agree to report the meeting and its content without bias or misrepresentation.  All speaker names and the conference should be attributed as the source, in any articles or publication of proceedings or subsequent presentations or summations.  Copyright to the presenters should be assumed unless it is clearly stated otherwise.

PRIVACY
ARCS is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. ARCS will collect information provided in the Registration Form for the purposes of enabling us to register your attendance at the ARCS Scientific Congress (ASC), to assist with administrative purposes and for future planning and development of ARCS events, to facilitate your requirements in relation to the ASC and to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics. The information provided in the Registration Form and information provided at any other time during the ASC, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the ASC, will be used by ARCS to offer, provide and continue to improve its events and services. ARCS will publish information that is collected in the Registration Form in the Congress Delegate Listing available to delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. The information published will be limited to your name and organisation unless you indicate on the online application that you do not want this information shared. ARCS will not otherwise, without your consent, disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to the provision and improvement of ARCS events or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
