The Hyatt Hotel Canberra, the city’s finest international 5 star hotel, is conveniently located in Canberra CBD, next to Australia’s Parliamentary Triangle. Park Hyatt Canberra hotel in Yarralumla is just minutes from Canberra’s major tourist attractions, the city centre and ACT government offices. Canberra international airport is 9 km and 10 min. by road from the
hotel.

NAME BADGES

All delegates will be given a name badge at registration. This badge will be the official pass to sessions, teas, lunches and official social functions. It is necessary for delegates to wear their name badges at all times when on-site.

INTERNET CAFE

There will be an Internet Café in the Exhibition Hall for you to use to keep up to date with work, family and friends whilst at Congress. This will be open the same hours as the Trade Exhibition.

DRESS

Smart business casual attire is appropriate for congress sessions.

AIR

We recommend you visit the domestic airline websites of Qantas, JetStar and Virgin Blue. These carriers often have sale fares which could make your trip to Conference all the more affordabe.

TRAINS

CountryLink offers two daily XPLORER rail services from Sydney to Canberra.

PARKING

Parking is available at the Hyatt currently at a cost of $25 per vehicle per day.

ACCOMMODATION

Hyatt Hotel Canberra is pleased to offer preferred accommodation rates to delegates attending the ARCS Conference. A limited number of Park King rooms are available at the special rate of $295 per night. Session handouts available online: Where permission is received from the Author, ARCS is making speaker presentations available online. Upon registration a secure link will be emailed to registered delegates giving easy access before, during, and after the event, to download and print the required presentations. The links to the presentations will be populated to this page as they become available.
